I am one or the early residents of Brookwood, having built my home at 649 E. Brookwood Drive in 2001.

I am also a real estate broker with 35 years' experience who specializes in Brookwood homes, as well as other quality residential properties throughout the Greater Boise Area.

And, like many of you, I am a recovering Californian.

I lived in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Grass Valley for a combined 20 years before moving to Idaho in 1991.

I am also the author of SELLING REAL ESTATE . . . . How To Succeed In The Real World, a popular real estate text that recently sold out its 3rd printing.  This respected text has been used in the training programs of several major real estate firms as part of their agent training programs.

Unlike most Realtors^®, I intentionally do not have a team of less-experienced agents working for me.

Instead, I personally work with only a few clients at any one time in order to ensure a very high level of personal service and expertise.

You can rest assured that you will not be handed off to an inexperienced, junior agent. 

My business model is simple:
